How a pool project runs
A concrete pool usually takes a few months from the first visit to handover. Permits take a few weeks, and the build itself runs several more. Treat all times here as estimates: the site, the design and the finishes change them.
- Site visit and design consultation. A designer walks the plot and checks sun, drainage and how you plan to use the pool. The consultation is free.
- 3D concept and drawings. You see a 3D concept set against your own garden, with drawings prepared to Dubai Municipality’s approval standard. Changes are easiest to make here, before anything is built.
- NOC and permits. We handle the developer NOC, the Dubai Municipality or Trakhees review and the final site inspections. This usually takes a few weeks, and varies by community and developer.
- Construction. Excavation, the structural shell, waterproofing and a pressure test, plumbing and electrical, then tiling and finishing. We check each stage before the next one starts. Allow roughly six to twelve weeks, depending on the ground, the tilework, any water features and the landscaping around the pool.
