Can you start and finish a pool build without me visiting Dubai?
Yes. Many of our clients only see the finished pool in person. We handle site visits, approvals, and construction, and keep you updated with photos and video throughout.
How often will I get updates during construction?
You’ll get photo and video updates at each major stage, excavation, structural shell, tiling and handover, plus a direct line to your project manager for anything in between.
How do you handle Dubai Municipality approvals if I'm not there to sign anything?
We prepare the drawings and manage the submission ourselves. Most approvals only need your sign-off on the design, which we handle over email or a video call.
Can you work directly with my interior designer?
Yes. We’re used to working from a designer’s mood boards, material specs and drawings rather than starting the design from scratch.
What happens on a virtual consultation call?
We walk you through your plot using site photos or a live video call, talk through pool placement and design options, and give you a realistic sense of cost and timeline.
Do I need to be in Dubai for the final handover?
No. We can hand the pool over to a property manager, a family member, or document the handover fully on video if you’re not able to be there.
