Bring us approved Dubai Municipality drawings from any designer and our builders can quote and build directly from them — you don’t need to have used our design consultation to use our builders. If you don’t have drawings yet, we can put together a design and approval set first, then our own builders carry it straight into construction. Are you the actual builders, or do you subcontract the work?
We’re the actual builders. Structural work, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical and finishing are handled by our own in-house crew, not subcontracted out trade by trade. The team that quotes your build is the team on-site for it.
Are your builders licensed to work from Dubai Municipality approvals?
Yes. Our builders work directly from signed-off Dubai Municipality approval drawings, whether those come from our own design consultation or from another designer.

Our builders source and install the pumps, filtration, waterproofing membrane, tiling and coping as part of the build — you don’t need to arrange separate suppliers.
What happens if I’m not happy with something during the build?
You raise it directly with our builders, not a go-between. Because it’s one in-house crew from excavation to handover, there’s a single point of accountability for the whole build, not separate contractors pointing at each other.
Can your builders work around an existing garden or landscaping?
Yes. If you have landscaping you want to keep, our builders work the construction sequence around it rather than clearing the plot.
Do your builders offer a warranty?
Yes — every completed pool carries a workmanship warranty from our builders, and equipment like pumps and filters carries its own manufacturer warranty on top.
Is the same team involved from design through to build?
Yes. The same builders can take a project from design consultation through to the finished pool, so you’re not managing separate design and construction companies — though you’re also free to bring us in for the build alone.
