Do I need a design consultation first, or can I start construction directly?
You can start construction directly if you already have approved drawings, from us or another designer. If you don’t have a design yet, we can create one first through our design consultation, then move straight into construction.
Is the price fixed, or can it change once construction starts?
The quote is based on the approved design and finishes you choose upfront, so it shouldn’t move once construction starts. Any change to scope after work begins is priced separately and agreed with you before it happens.
Do you handle everything, or do I need to bring in other contractors?
We handle the full build: excavation, structure, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and finishing. You don’t need to coordinate separate contractors for different stages.
Can you build around an existing garden or landscaping?
Yes. If you have landscaping you want to keep, we work the construction sequence around it rather than clearing the plot.
Do you offer a warranty on completed pools?
Yes, completed pools come with a workmanship warranty. Equipment such as pumps and filters carries its own manufacturer warranty.
Do you handle design as well as construction?
Yes. The same team that builds your pool can also design it and prepare the Dubai Municipality approval drawings, so you’re not managing separate design and construction contractors.
